An exciting opportunity to join Jesmond Dene House and Executive Chef Gareth Rayner as part of our award winning Kitchen team. Jesmond Dene House is a 4 AA red star privately-owned boutique hotel featuring 41 bedrooms and Fern Dining Room & Bar. Our Hotel offers a unique location, set in the wooded valley of Jesmond Dene, providing a serene country hotel environment, all just minutes from the suburb of Jesmond, Newcastle city centre.
Role Description
This full-time on-site role of Chef De Partie. You will be responsible for your own section, preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, maintaining food safety standards, and working closely with the kitchen team to deliver a high-quality dining experience.
