Overlooking the wooded valley of Jesmond Dene, this historic property contains 40 bedrooms, a restaurant, and extensive banqueting and private dining facilities.
We are recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth running of all food and beverage activities at Jesmond Dene House Hotel and the profitability of the hotel in conjunction with the senior management team.
The role is accountable for the day to day food and beverage operations at Jesmond Dene House including Fern Dining Room & Bar, and our weddings and events ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and an amazing visit. This role acts as a Duty Manager of the hotel and deputises for the General Manager in their absence.
We are recruiting for a Room Attendant to help deliver the highest levels of cleanliness and customer service, to protect and enhance the hotels reputation as one of the best in the North of England.
This role involves cleaning and refreshing the hotel bedrooms, as well as assisting with special guest requests. The role includes working weekends and hours will be dependent on business levels.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our food and beverage department as a supervisor, working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of Fern Dining Room & Bar, and our wedding and events department. You will need to be passionate about creating a great atmosphere and giving guests the best experience.
We are on the lookout for waiting staff to join Jesmond Dene House, working across our neighbourhood restaurant Fern Dining Room & Bar, and our busy Conference and Events department.
